Flow indicator EARL 776 type

Application

Flow indicator EARL is used to controlling of flow of unaggressive liquids e.g. water, oils, solutions. It is especially used in cooling systems and lubrication systems.

Device`s way of acting

EARL-776 can be installed in optional position and it is executed on demanded flow and equipped in suitable nozzle. Changing of boundary value of flow is possible by nozzle exchange.
Liquid flux which flows towards arrow creates on nozzle pressure drop which causes wall deflection towards flow.
This dispalcement causes switch-over of micro – switch.
It works by decreasing of flow values by one constant boundary value of flow which depends on hole diameter and spring tension.

Max permissible flow – it depends on nozzle diameter and equals about double boundary value e.g. for nozzle diameter ø 9,3 boundary value is 20 dm³/min and permissible value of maximum flow is 40 dm³/min.
