In accordance with art. 13 item 1 and item 2 of the 25th of May 2018 implementation of the new regulations of Resolution 2016/679 by the European Parliament and Council (EU) dated 27th of April 2016 regarding on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing. Directive 95/46/EC (further: GDPR), we wish to inform that Zakłady Automatyki Rotametr Sp. z o.o., ul. Chorzowska 44b, 44-100 Gliwice, NIP: 631-22-52-648 (further: Rotametr) secures your personal data in the course of performing contracts, as well as provides all persons whose data is subject to processing exhaustive information regarding the scope and manner of data processing.

What are personal data?

Personal data, in accordance with GDPR, constitute information regarding an identified or identifiable natural person. In the case of using our website, such data consists of, e.g.: your data provided in the contact form, your data provided in the registration form, the e-mail address provided when subscribing to the newsletter or another service offered by Rotametr.
Personal data may be stored in cookie files or similar technological solutions (e.g. local storage) installed by us on our websites and devices which you use when utilizing our services.

Contact forms require the provision of Personal Data necessary to contact you and provide a response to your inquiry. You may also provide other data in order to facilitate contact or the processing of your inquiry. The provision of data marked as mandatory is required in order to accept and process your inquiry while failing to provide the above shall result in an inability to respond.

Newsletter

Persons who have provided their e-mail address for that purpose are provided by Rotametr with the newsletter service. Provision of data is required to render the newsletter service, while failure to provide data results in the inability to send the newsletter. You may at any time withdraw from being sent the newsletter using the “Unsubscribe” function located footer of every message sent as part of the newsletter. Personal Data in this instance are processed: in order to provide the newsletter distribution service, directing marketing content to you as part of the newsletter, for analytical and statistical purposes.

Direct marketing

Your Personal Data may also be used by Rotametr in order to direct marketing content to you through various channels, i.e. via e-mail, if you expressly consent to such actions, which you may withdraw at any time.
